The Process

Step 1- Initial Contact

Contact me for your fast, free pre-approval to find out how much home you can afford. You will then send me all of your documents so I can submit the loan for approval- even before you have a contract on a home!

Step 2- Approval

Underwriting will issue you a conditional approval based on a signed sales contract, appraisal, and title search. All income/asset/credit requirements will have already been cleared!

Closing!

Time to close! Because this model provides for upfront underwriting even before you find your dream home, you will be almost through the home buying process by the time you do find the perfect house- allowing your closing to occur quicker than you ever though possible
